Cast & Crew

Steff Bishop Lampman - Director

Eat, Sleep, Breathe Zombies. That's what the past couple years have felt like. It has been an incredible experience to work on this show for a second time. It is a nice parallel to Steff's previous blood-drenched Fringe experience when she directed Bathory for Hamilton's first ever Fringe Festival in 2003. Other credits include various directing, stage managing, and acting gigs with McMaster University, Hamilton Player's Guild, and Black Box Fire.  Steff is ever grateful for the patience and support of her family, friends, and loved ones, and can't thank each and every one of them enough.

Aaron Middlemiss - Stage Manager/Writer

Aaron is a Brampton high school teacher by day, but a Hamilton patriot / writer / stage manager / zombie killer / gamer by night (not in that particular order).  He is thrilled to be working with Steff again and to have Bridezilla be a part of the 2013 Hamilton Fringe Festival.  Previous Fringe credits include Waiting for the GO, Low Lifes, Closet Case, The Mind of Heinrich Von Zuben, Ninjas get all the Chicks, Bathory and What Nathan Learned in University for the Hamilton, Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa and London Fringe Festivals.  Aaron wishes to thank the cast, crew, his friends, family and Sarah for their support and help with this year’s production.

Vanessa Rundle - Assistant Stage Manager

Vanessa is very excited to be part of such a fun show, working with such great people. She has been in stage management for years. She has decorated for balls (Pride and Prejudice), sprayed bad kitties (Zastrozzi), lit up someone else’s imaginary friend (Awkward Jack) and dressed sexy aliens (The Rocky Horror Show), among many others.  She would like to thank her family, friends and especially Bryan. She hopes you enjoy this bloody, bloody massacre...er...show!

Laura Ellis – Olivia (Liv) – The Replacement Planner

Laura is ecstatic to be back for BvTA. She is also excited to be making her debut with Hamilton Fringe. Laura is a graduate of the Conservatory Training Program in Theatre Arts Performance at Fanshawe College and trained with Theatre Aquarius and Raindance Canada. Laura would like to thank everyone involved in the production (especially Tyler) and her family their support.

Iain Lacourt – Peter – The Groom

Iain is delighted and terrified to be performing BvTA for the second time. A graduate from McMaster University and Hamilton Community Theatre, he is now living and performing in Toronto. He feels more prepared for a zombie uprising here, so you can be assured of his cowardly and stealthy tactics should a real one occur during this show. Iain thanks the production team for their dedication and talent, the prod team for their skill and cat wrangling ability, the cast for their hilarity and bloodlust, and all his friends and family for their love and support. You can catch his upcoming web series “Time Baristas” in August at www.timebaristas.com

Lila Hunt - Angora – The Bridezilla

Lila Hunt started out in theatre and dance as a child and remains very passionate about Hamilton's vibrant art scene. Last year she terrified Black Box Fire audiences as Angora Paloma McIntosh, the Bridezilla from hell, for the Emerging Artist Series' debut of Bridezilla vs the Apocalypse. She is back to reprise her role as the nightmarish Bridezilla. This is Lila's first experience with Hamilton Fringe and she is excited to join the festival.

Matt has also been involved as a reviewer for the 2010 Fringe and a venue technician for the 2012 Fringe. Matt would like to thank Aaron and Steff for their 'faith' and the rest of the 'Bridezilla' family for their wacky sense of humor.

Kristi Boulton – Alicia – The Maid of Honour

'Grrr...Arg...Rawr...' That means 'hello and thanks for coming to Bridezilla vs The Apocalypse' in Undead!  This is Kristi Boulton's 2nd time in the Hamilton Fringe and she couldn't be happier joining this fantastic cast for the Bridezilla remount. Having just finished two successful runs of 'Godspell' and 'Avenue Q', it has been a blast to be a part of something so fun and bloody. Special thanks to the usual folks and to her very alive and very wonderful man. Kristi would also like to say thanks so much for coming and supporting local theatre. Your support is what keeps companies like this and dreams alive!

Kaytee Snider - Zombie

Since the young age of 6, Kaytee has  been seriously involved with the Burlington musical theatre. Her passion for performing inspired her to attend Sheridan's Musical Theatre Program, graduating with honours. Her experience includes major roles in les miserables and rocky horror picture show. Only recently has she been introduced into the Hamilton Theatre community and she can't get enough. She is very excited to make her debut with the Hamilton Fringe Festival as one of her all time favourite characters, ferocious zombie!

Enjoy the show!

Steven Fotheringham - Zombie

In order to make coffee, Put water in a kettle and boil it. If you do not have a kettle, then put water in a pot and put it on the stove. Take the instant coffee and put about one slightly rounded teaspoon into a cup. Add the very hot (nearly boiling) water into the mug. Making instant coffee means being close to water at scalding temperatures. Take reasonable safety precautions when around extremely hot water.

Marty Chenette – Uncle Harold / Zombie

Marty is a Drama Teacher in the Halton District School Board.  His indoctrination into Zombie culture came when he directed a High School student version of Evil Dead: The Musical.  Marty is very excited to be making his Hamilton Fringe debut, as well as reconnecting with very good friends from his McMaster University to mount this production of Bridezilla vs. The Apocalypse.

John Migliore - Zombie
John Migliore is an actor who loves zombie movies most of all! He has appeared as a zombie in many films, including Dawn of the Dead (2004), Resident Evil: Apocalypse, Land of the Dead, Survival of the Dead and many others. He can also be spotted in other great films like Return to Nuke 'Em High and Homicycle.
